The Honkylab meets filmmakers Setareh and Bahar from “I am undocumented”
A couple of weeks ago, Iran-based filmmakers Setareh and Bahar got in touch with us regarding Klynt. They were interested in finding an affordable tool to edit their webdocumentary project “I am undocumented” and looking for support as part of their crowdfunding campaign.
We had the pleasure to welcome them in our Paris office as they were on their way back from Amsterdam Mezrab workshop. It was a great opportunity to learn more about their project and get their feedback on Klynt.

For more than two years, Setareh has been working in a non-formal community school in south of Tehran. Her experience as the school manager inspired her to document and blog about the lives of the children. Bahar is an emerging documentary filmmaker having written and directed a few documentaries on social issues. In late 2010, Bahar and Setareh decided to develop a participatory project titled “I am undocumented”, where children were given a platform to tell their life stories.
